The challenge is 30 minutes a day for the month of May - due to the daily practice you should do a mix of harder styles like vinyasa, ashtanga and more restorative styles as well.

The challenge I hosted last year:
30 Day [home practice] Yoga Challenge
This challenge will be set during the month of July.
There will be one rule: Yoga must be practiced at least 10 minutes a day: it may be a sequence (such as Sun Salutations in the morning or stretches for relaxation at night) or simply a set of stretches focusing on problem areas.
The rest will be guidelines, and merely guidelines, because though they are meant to be followed depending on how we feel each day, they are goals worth striving for.
- Additionally, try for 5 minutes of mindful quietness a day to relax, ease anxiety, and bring oneself into the moment
- Perform multiple or longer yoga sequences a day as wanted
- Build sequences weekly. Start off as back to the basics: simple beginner's poses. Add on as flexibility and strength increase
- Work into a habit: 21 days of continuous practice perhaps as the same time every day
- Practice may come from DVD's, books, Yoga Journal, or just simply from what you know
- Try to include healthy, mindful eating: I.E. for me - Smaller meals or snacks every 3 to 4 hours to keep blood sugar levels up and increased metabolism
Then, perhaps, yoga classes will be attended.
